Why is this data used and on what legal basis?
The processing of this data is carried out exclusively for the purpose of handling your specific collaboration request and for any follow-up questions related to it.
The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO (GDPR) (contract initiation), as the processing is necessary for the performance of pre-contractual measures that are based on your request. If no collaboration materializes, the data will be deleted.
How long is the data stored?
Your request, including all data contained therein, will be stored by me for as long as necessary to process your inquiry and for any subsequent questions. At the latest 6 months after the conclusion of communication (i.e., after the last email from you or me), your data will be deleted, provided no statutory retention obligations apply.
Recipients of the data
Your data will not be passed on to third parties as a matter of principle. Exceptions only exist if I am legally obliged to do so (e.g., in the event of an official request).
